1. Select according to the model

2. Select according to extrusion capacity

After the type of extruder is determined, it is necessary to select the extrusion capacity of the extruder. The extruder can be divided into heavy, large, medium and small extruders according to the capacity. The extrusion capacity shall be calculated according to the production conditions, technical level, equipment conditions and sales conditions. The annual production time, workload per hour and other parameters shall be calculated to calculate the annual production capacity of the extruder. 3. Select according to the grade of extruder

When the type and extrusion capacity of the two extruders are determined, the grade of the extruder should be determined. It should be determined according to the product positioning and capital budget of the aluminum profile manufacturer. If the aluminum profile products produced by the enterprise are of medium grade, the domestic extruder can be selected; If it is positioned as a high-end product, it is necessary to choose imported extruders.
